Description

It is a simple procedure in which, through a minimal puncture, a lancet-shaped needle with a bevel is inserted below the scars to be treated.

Each of the atrophic scars must be treated through different entry points to ensure that the maximum number of fibrous septa is broken in the same act.

In general, only a single subcision session is required if the scars are not very extensive or deep.
